Our Program starts on Jan 10th and ends Nov 15th

The eligibility criteria for the "Tennis Ball Thunder: Weekly Cricket Primer (2024)" program:

Age Range: Open to participants aged atleast 7 Years old.
Skill Level: Beginners players are welcome. No prior formal cricket training required.
Equipment: Participants should bring their tennis/cricket shoes, comfortable sports attire, and a cricket bat (if available). However, the program will provide uniforms for each participant.
Commitment: Participants should commit to attending the weekly sessions regularly throughout the program duration. (Saturday's)
Health and Safety: Participants should be in good health and able to engage in physical activities. Any health concerns or medical conditions should be communicated to the organizers in advance. (Waiver to be completed - http://woodleytigers.com/page/covid-19-waivers)
Registration: Interested individuals need to complete the registration process, including submitting any required forms and fees.
Parental Consent: For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.
Availability: Participants should be available for the specific time and day of the week when the program is scheduled. (Saturday's)

Cancellation: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. However, to ensure fairness and transparency, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the registration fee will not be reimbursed.
Prorated Refund for Sessions: The proration will be calculated based on the total cost of the program divided by the number of sessions.
Notification of Cancellation: Participants must notify us in writing of their intention to cancel as soon as they become aware of the need to do so. Failure to provide timely notification may result in a reduction in the prorated refund.
