CCA performers of the week ending April 29th

Here is summary of noteable CCA performers for the week ending may 6th , playing
in various games across the Bay Area. As always this is just snapshot of the notable performances.
Quite a few other kids also made differentiating contributions to the games they played in.
  
Karteek Kankanala :
 
2 notable performances by Karteek over the weekend.
 
Playing for Santa Clara CC ( Seas team ) against Cardinals, Karteek scored 36 runs in a low scoring game and paved the way for victory. Santa Clara was chasing 139 runs and did it with the loss of 4 wickets.
He was awarded Man of the Match.
 
Playing for NCCA youth against Cougars, Karteek got an unbeaten 50 and helped his team win the game.
NCCA youth was chasing 160 runs. Karteek had a tight bowling spell in this game with 4-0-13-1.
He was awarded MVP for the game
 
 
Annirudh Srinivas :
 
Playing for Spartan CC against Bay Area CC in another low scoring game , Ani gave a brilliant all round performance.
Ani had figures of 7 - 0 -20 -1. He also got 26 runs of the bat ,  a much needed boost to the batting for Spartan when the top order failed to put up runs.
Ani was given MoM award for the game
 
 
Srihari Dasarathy:
 
Srihari playing for Stanford A against Tracy CC , claimed  2 critical wickets. Tracy CC was chasing 237 on a ground known for high scores. Srihari came of with bowling figures of 5 - 1 - 30 - 2. He also affected a run out and another catch.
 
Yadunandan Polisetty : ( Wicket Keeper )
 
Playing for Stanford A against Fresno CC , Yadu claimed 3 catches behind the stumps and contributed to a 6th wicket 58 run partnership in a low scoring game that Stanford A won.
