Once you have attained your EIN number for your team, please.

GSA will email you the Application and Team Constitution needed to become an affiliated organization of Global Sports Alliance 501(c)3

Once all paperwork has been filled out in its entirety, you will be required to mail or email all documents and a copy of your EIN letter to Robert Mondoux for processing.
