WCYBB Rule changes for 2018
New Bat Regulations
2018: All divisions – Bats stamped with the new “USA Baseball” logo are allowed at all divisions.
8U = Bats must be stamped with a T-ball logo or stamped with the USA Baseball logo or stamped with the USSSA 1.15 finger print stamp or be a wood bat. No size restrictions.
10U, 12U, 14U = Bats must be stamped with the qualified BBCOR logo or stamped with the USA Baseball logo or stamped with the USSSA 1.15 finger print stamp or be a wood bat. No size restrictions.
League Tournament/Standings
Invite every team to a year-end tourney (2 day single-elimination) & do not keep league standings.
Umpires
The home team will provide one umpire for 10u games (behind the plate) and two umpires for 12u and 14u games.
8U Pitching Machine/Balls
All teams will use a Louisville Slugger lever action pitching machine. The machine must sit over the top of the 10u/12u pitching rubber. 9" reduced factor leather ball will be used (looks like a leather baseball).
