BYB Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Bulldog Youth Baseball encourages all participants to schedule activities carefully to
avoid conflicts. BYBA reserves the right to cancel programs/teams due to insufficient registration or
cause beyond its control, at which a full refund will be given w /o administrative fees. Player
withdrawal that occurs up to seven days prior to the 1st game will by subject to a
$5. 00 administration fee. A 75% refund minus a $5.00 admin fee will be authorized if the
withdrawal occurs during the first week of the program. No refunds will be issued after the end of
the first week of games. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to
