Varsity Futsal Team is 2024 Champions!

The Dragons Varsity Futsal team defeated Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School in a thrilling division 3 championship game. Down 2 goals to 1 in the second half, the Dragons rallied to take the lead with 3 goals from 7th grader Katia Duran. With time running low in the game, 7th grader Sam Tran scored the eventual game winning goal to make it 5 to 3. The Dragons held on to win by a final score of 5 to 4, to win the first ever Futsal Championship in School history. Way to go Dragons!
DeAndre Williams was phenomonal in net, keeping the Dragons in striking distance in the second half.
Katia Duran scored 3 goals, and Sam Tran added another 2 goals, including the game winner, to lead the Dragons to a Championship victory.
