Bad Weather Policy

Parents this is a recreational programming so if you do now want you child playing when the conditions will effect your child it is your decision.  Coaches will play all the kids equal time unless of excessive absences.

Practices: Coaches will cancel practices only, due to they can adjust the practice intensity towards the weather conditions.  Recreation will not cancel practices unless it is unsafe field conditions.

Games: Star Recreation will cancel games only, and we will call games for RED air quality, lightning, excessive heat, or unsafe field conditions.  We will notify everyone via SportsPlus (email and text) if a game is cancelled no less than 30 minutes prior to the game, if you do not receive an email 30 minutes prior the game is as scheduled.
