Friday December 13th 9:00-10:30am Ages 18+ Balance your body with a 60 minute restorative practice, followed by a guided 30 minute yoga Nidra and completed with a crystal bowl sound bath. All levels welcome. Led by Niki Dean Props needed: yoga mat, two yoga blocks, 1 blanket, one strap and a yoga bolster.
