Welcome to the Do Right League! The Do Right Basketball League is a Christian-based organization that was founded in 2021. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment for churches, individuals, and teams to engage in the wonderful game of basketball. This league emphasizes amateur play rather than professional or semi-professional competition, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and community among participants.
At the heart of our league is the commitment to providing a safe and healthy recreational experience in a competitive atmosphere. We pride ourselves on maintaining an environment that is free from violence and abusive language. Therefore, we strictly prohibit any fighting or profanity from players or spectators alike. Additionally, there are absolute bans on smoking, cursing, arguing, drinking alcohol, or using drugs on our premises.
Ultimately, we aim to ensure that every participant has an enjoyable time while celebrating our love for Jesus!
I hereby give my full consent to participate as a player on a team in the Do Right League. I understand that by doing so, I willingly accept all the inherent risks associated with the game of basketball, which is recognized as a physical contact sport. Consequently, I agree not to hold the Do Right League or its affiliates liable or accountable for any injuries, medical expenses, or related costs that may arise from my voluntary participation in this activity. My decision to join is made with complete awareness of these factors and in good faith.
