This text message sends to a staff member if a client cancels their appointment through the web scheduler or a staff member cancels it when logged into the backoffice. The checkbox next to "Send Text Alerts" in the staff's profile must be checked in order to receive this notification.

The situation: This template is generated when an appointment is cancelled either by the staff in the backoffice and by the client. When editing this template keep in min that there's a limit of 140 character per text message reminder, we recommend using the "Send Test" feature to sent a test message to yourself and make sure the correct information is displayed
