We set a number of team and personal records today, including "most GIDPs in one game", "fewest games played before leaving with an injury" and "most times reached base by error in one game". I hope these records stand for eternity.
Another good pitching effort by Joel, who has allowed only 3 runs on the young season. Ben and Steve Harelick pace the team with a .714 batting average, tops among qualifiers, although Steve Hazan might challenge them if he can come back from a pulled hamstring. Stats are up here.
Next week we play at Harrison, historically one of the top teams in the league.
