Welcome to the 2012 WHSL season. Opening Day is scheduled for April 22.

Like last year, we'll have 17 teams in the league. Unlike last year, the 2012 regular season schedule will consist of every team playing every other team once.

Other changes approved at the Winter Meeting include:

All rainouts must be rescheduled within two weeks of the game, and replayed by the end of the regular season (September 9).
The top 16 teams in the regular season standings will make the playoffs. No play-in game.
Playoffs remain a single-elimination tournament, except for the final, which is now a best-of-three.

Please make sure your manager sends in your team's league dues promptly. Any team that hasn't done so by the March 15 deadline will not play this season.
