Hello,

We are adding a couple of staff coaches with international experience to our LFL program.

Chiara Singarella-Staff Coach

We are honored to have Chiara in our program. Chiara is from Mendoza, Argentina. She joined Purdue University this fall, a transfer from South Alabama University.

Chiara is a Junior playing striker for Purdue. She was the leading scorer with 5 goals this season, adding 1 assist on the 16 games that she played for Purdue.

She has been a member of the Argentina National Team since she was 13 years old competing with the U17, U20 and Senior National teams.

Chiara played the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

WITH THE ARGENTINIAN NATIONAL TEAM

  • Played for the Argentinian National Team at the U17, U20 and senior levels
  • Competed for the senior national team at the 2023 FIFA World Cup
  • Participated in the South American Games in 2018
  • Named to the 2017 Dream Province Team

Chiara recently just played against the US Women's National team on October 30th in Louisville, Kentucky.

Chiara grew up playing Futsal in Argentina, then moved to the USA to play college soccer.

Chiara is majoring in Psychology and would like to be a Sports Psychologist for a Pro team when she is done with her playing career. She will be assisting on Wednesdays with the U10 Academy and U12 Development program, and will be helping with the small group trainings. Chiara is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Lauren Omholt-Staff Coach
We are very happy to have Lauren returning, this will be her second year with LFL. She is a Sophomore at Purdue from Texas. Lauren played on the 2022 U17 FIFA Women's World Cup in India, representing the Mexico Women's National Team. This year she has been called to play with the Mexico U20 Women's National Team.

Lauren had an amazing start with the Purdue soccer program. She was a BIG10 All Freshman team Honoree, started 17 games out of the 18 games Purdue played in her freshman season.

Lauren is studying speech, language and hearing sciences. She already started assisting on Tuesdays with the U14 and High School players.
