Description

This program help players to improve their technical skills and speed of play.

Trainings are at the Lafayette Sports Center;
Tuesdays or Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm.
TUESDAY option is full. THURSDAY option is OPEN

Strength and Conditioning (if register for this class) at the Lafayette Sports Center turf field;
Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 7:30pm (right after footskills training).

Games on Sundays at the Northend Community Center.
May add a couple of games on a Friday or a Monday.

Small Group Trainings will start on mid November.
