Pitching Clinic Information
This 3-week clinic (one session per week) is designed to build strong, consistent pitchers, with each week building on the last to develop mechanics, control, and confidence on the mound.
Each session includes a full warm-up, structured throwing routine, pitching drills, light conditioning, and arm care. Athletes will throw around 20–30 pitches per session depending on how their arm feels, with arm health as the top priority. Groups are capped at 8 athletes.

Strike-Out Squad – Accident Waiver
I/We understand that participation in baseball activities may result in serious injury, and that protective equipment does not prevent all injuries. By signing below, I/we hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Cornwall Baseball and Strike-Out Squad, its organizers, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and participants from any and all claims or liability arising from injury to my/our child, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I/We acknowledge the risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for any injury that may occur.
