Mount Eliza Soccer Club (MESC) is proud to present the Mount Eliza Soccer School (MESS) shaped by our Technical Director Kerry Recchia who brings methodology from AC Milan, Melbourne City and years of experience from technical direction, coach mentoring, scouting & player modelling.

MESS is a purpose built development program created exclusively for MESC members. This program represents a major investment from MESC to deliver the highest-quality learning experience in and for our community on the Mornington Peninsula. 

Every participant will have a clear pathway learning from an independant coach in small groups with capped numbers utilising a menocycle (multi-week learning) block used by top academies across Europe & South America focusing on 

• A specific technical or tactical theme
• Planned progression from week to week
• Repetition with purposeful variation
• Player improvement measured over time

This is designed for real development.
