Registration Information
1. Your player or cheerleader must be registered in SportPlus before submitting any documents.
2. The documents needed to complete your registration are as follows: a. Copy of your player/cheerleaders birth certificate
b. Player/cheerleader physical filled out on TVYFL form (will not accept forms filled out by chiropractor) c. June 2024 report card (JV and Varsity only)
