GGSL Spring 2027 - 6U Softball

Welcome to the GGSL Spring 2027 - 6U program, proudly offered by the Greentown Girls Softball League in Greentown, Indiana. This introductory softball league is designed especially for our youngest players to learn the game in a fun, positive, and supportive environment.

Program Overview

The 6U Spring Recreational League focuses on teaching the basic skills of softball, building confidence, and helping players fall in love with the sport. No prior experience is required.

Who Can Play

This league is open to girls who meet the age and birthdate requirements below.

What Players Will Learn

Our coaches focus on age-appropriate instruction and a positive team experience. Players will be introduced to:

  • Basic throwing and catching skills
  • Hitting off a tee or coach pitch (as appropriate)
  • Running bases and simple game rules
  • Teamwork, sportsmanship, and having fun

Program Format

The GGSL Spring 2027 - 6U program is designed with young children in mind, emphasizing short, active sessions and plenty of encouragement. Specific schedules, field locations, and game details will be provided after registration.
