WAVES is a sports ministry of Ocean View Church that utilizes a More Than A Game philosophy and Christian based values to teach our athletes life lessons. The U6-U12 Division Seasons are co-ed, recreational soccer focused on developing soccer skills and faith-filled character skills. Teams practice 1 day/week for 1 hour, and have 1 game on Saturday mornings. The culmination of the season is our Celebration Sunday where we celebrate wins from on and off the field! Registration for U6-U12 Divisions, does not include uniform. If you do not have a uniform that fits, you will need to order a uniform kit separately. Cleats and shinguards are required. If you have more than one player, you will be able to add additional registrations. (There is a $5 Sibling discount included for families of the same household with multiple athletes participating.)

The WAVES U5 Ripples Division is a special introductory season to welcome our youngest players to the sport of soccer and our character and skill-building program. RIPPLES runs as a 4 part series of 1 day/week, Saturday-only 1 hour clinic-style program taking place during the middle of the WAVES Soccer season. It runs from 8:30-9:30am on Saturdays, before all the other age divisions' games begin. There are no practices during the week or official games. If you have more than one player, you will be able to add additional registrations. Cleats and shin guards are recommended, but will not be required. Registration includes the RIPPLES Practice Jersey!
