Important Dates & Contact Information 

 
Registration Due March 15th, 2025.

Parent Meeting: 4/28/24 at 6:30pm at OFHS. This is when retainer checks will be due and jerseys handed out. Without a retainer check handed in your child will not be given their jersey.

Fees & Payment Information

Tball/8U $40; 10U/12U $55; 13U $65

Late Fee of $25 will be added to any registrations received March 16th-April 30th (any late registrations may not be guaranteed a t-shirt, or spot on our league team).

 Parent(s) / Guardian(s) are required to volunteer for at least 2 concession stand shifts per registered child. Concessions help reduce the cost of the program and we need support from ALL families in the Oconto Falls Youth Baseball / Softball community. Head coaches of teams are exempt from concession volunteer hours for the child whom they are coaching. Ex: if the coach has more than one child registered on separate teams, they would still be required to log 2 shifts for one of the players. The retainer fee is a $100 check per child. If you meet your volunteer requirements your check will not be cashed. Checks will be due at Parent's meeting. If you have multiple players please make individual checks out for each athlete. Please put the players' name in the check ledger.

Waiver & Release Information - Permission to Participate
As parent/legal guardian, I certify that my child _______________________________ (player name) has permission to participate with the Oconto Falls Youth Baseball/Softball program in practice, league, or tournament play during the 2025 baseball/softball season. I understand and acknowledge that players may suffer injury or illness by participating in the sport. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Oconto Falls Youth Baseball/Softball program, or any of its members, volunteers, or coaches from all liabilities, claims, suits, loss, injury, or damage to my child or his/her personal property arising from being involved in this program.

Waiver & Release Information - Behavior Policy
As parent/legal guardian and player, the Oconto Falls Youth Baseball/Softball program requires good sportsmanship at any associated sporting event. This program is a privilege and we expect positive and respectful behavior from all athletes and spectators. All participating athletes and families have the right to enjoy this baseball/softball program to the fullest and there will be a zero-tolerance for any harassment, misconduct, or poor sportsmanship. I fully understand that the Oconto Falls Youth Baseball/Softball program has the right to remove any one creating a negative environment that is not conducive for athletes, coaches, and spectators.

Waiver & Release Information - Concessions Volunteer Requirements
As a parent/legal guardian, I agree to follow the Oconto Falls Youth Baseball/Softball program payment fees schedule, concessions volunteering requirements, and follow the communication platform utilized by the player's designated coach. It is the parent / guardian’s responsibility to make appropriate transportation arrangements/accommodations to and from practice, league games, and/or tournaments.

As a parent/legal guardian, I authorize that my child’s name and photo may appear in any media or supporting material of the Oconto Falls Youth Baseball/Softball program; including both printed/digital.

Waiver & Release Information - Concussions
As a parent/legal guardian and player, it is important to recognize the signs, symptoms, and behaviors of concussions. By signing this form you are acknowledging that you understand the importance of recognizing and responding to the signs, symptoms, and behaviors of a concussion or head injury. Signing below is acknowledgement that you have read the provided “Parent Concussion and Head Injury Information” located at the following informational links (www.cdc.gov/concussion, or wwww.wiaawi.org). It is my responsibility as a parent/guardian to remove my child/player from practice/play if a concussion/head injury is suspect, and seek appropriate medical treatment. It is understood that my child/player cannot return to practice/play for suspected, or confirmed, concussions until written clearance from an appropriate health care professional is provided to his/her coach. I fully understand the possible consequences of my child/player returning to practice or playing too soon.
