Hello Monsters Families!
Football season is nearly upon us, and we are gearing up for a great season! Thank you to our families and athletes that have been coming out to our voluntary workouts. Your hard work and commitment will prepare you for the year ahead and we are excited to see all the talent we have this year! We are also grateful to all our dedicated coaches, who have volunteered their time and knowledge to work with the kids in our preseason. We will not be having workouts on Monday, May 29 due to the holiday, but we will be back on Wednesday, May 31 at 6pm at Lincoln Elementary.
Mobile App
We have a new mobile app this year, Sportsplus. You will log into the app using the same e-mail as you registered your child. If you would like to add an additional parent with a different e-mail, let us know and we can set you up so you’re linked to your child’s team. Find the apps here:

Saturday, June 10, 9am – 1pm – Football Camp REGISTER HERE
This camp will include position skills and drills, performance training, speed drills, agility, competitive games, and FUN! The cost of the camp is $20 and will include a camp T-Shirt and pizza lunch for all athletes participating. The camp is open to both registered players, and those just interested in increasing their football skills.
Saturday, June 17, 9am – 12pm – Combine REGISTER HERE
The third annual Monsters Combine will include 8 events: 40-yard dash, 3 cone drill, 5-10-5 shuttle, 20-yard tire pull, broad jump, vertical jump, medicine ball throw, and pass catching. There are 3 divisions based off of which grade the players will enter in August 2023: Peewee (K-2), Junior (3-4), Senior (5-6). Winners of each event in each division will receive a custom medal, and there will also be a trophy awarded to an overall winner for each division. This event is free to fully registered players, if you have not received a code to sign up, please e-mail us! For those who are not registered for our program the cost is $15.
After the combine, we will be taking a short break until the official start of the season, which is July 10th. We are also looking at a uniform fitting day on July 8th, stay tuned for more information on that coming up.
Registration Information
You will need to be registered and paid in full to have a uniform ordered and equipment checked out. There are quite a few documents required for our team and they include:
· A sports physical dated this calendar year (2023)
· A copy of your child’s birth certificate (football only) – ALL LEVELS. This is a new league requirement
· A copy of your child’s health insurance card or information
· Completed Player card – you can fill out the form on your computer and print it out to sign
· Covid 19 waiver
All forms can be found on our website HERE. You can either upload the documents to your child’s account on the website, or you can take a clear picture and e-mail them to us at westclovismonsters@gmail.com. If you come to a voluntary workout, you may also give any documents to Susie, and she will upload them for you. Starting Wednesday, May 31 we will have a table with forms available at the voluntary workout. Additionally, we will be able to accept any payments by cash or check for registration.
