Dear 12U Pink Families,

Congratulations! You made the 1915 Excel Volleyball Club 12U Pink Team!

We are excited to welcome you to our Mini Club Program and look forward to an amazing season filled with growth, learning, teamwork, and fun. We can't wait to get started and watch this team develop both on and off the court.

To secure your spot on the team, please complete registration and submit the $150 deposit within the next 24 hours using the registration link provided.

Once registered, your athlete will officially be placed on the team and the remaining payments will be automatically scheduled as follows:

• August 1, 2026 – $250.00
• September 1, 2026 – $250.00

Season Information

Practice Location:
Tom Fellows Community Center

Practice Schedule:
Mondays: 6:20 PM – 7:40 PM
Saturdays: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Season Dates:
First Practice: August 15, 2026
Last Practice: October 26, 2026

Signing Day

We will host a Signing Day in early August where athletes will:

• Meet their coaches and teammates
• Try on jerseys
• Take team photos
• Celebrate the beginning of the season

Additional details will be sent out soon.

Team Communication

Please join us on Spond as soon as possible. All team communication, practice reminders, tournament information, and important updates will be sent through Spond throughout the season.

The following tournament schedule is tentative and subject to change based on tournament acceptance and registration availability:

🏐 October 17–18 – Game Point Events

🏐 October 31 – November 1 – Wesley Chapel

Please note: All tournaments are expected to be one-day events. Once tournament schedules are released and we know the exact date your team will compete, we will notify everyone immediately.
