Summary
Inner City Tigers presents our School Holiday Sessions (Term 3) for boys and girls aged 6–15 years. Join us on Friday 17th July, 9:00am–3:00pm at St Charbel’s College, Punchbowl (NSW). Players will build skills, improve fitness and enjoy fun, structured basketball activities in a safe, supportive environment. Suitable for all ability levels, from beginners to experienced players. Centre is indoor so will go ahead regardless of weather conditions. Includes 1 craft activity to mix things up. BYO Lunch. Checkin available from 8:30am. Late fee of $30 applicable of pickups later than 3:10pm.

About the Program

The Inner City Tigers School Holiday Sessions (Term 3) are a full-day basketball program designed to keep players active, engaged, and improving their skills during the school holidays.

Our experienced coaches provide a supportive and enjoyable environment for boys and girls of all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced players. The focus is on building confidence, developing fundamentals, and having fun through structured drills and game play.


Who Can Attend?

This program is open to:

  • Boys/Girls aged 6–15 years
  • All skill levels – no prior basketball experience required

Players will be grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate coaching and a positive experience for everyone.

10% discount for additional family members in same booking.


Program Focus

Throughout the day, players will take part in a range of activities, including:

  • Fundamental skills – dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork
  • Game concepts – spacing, defence, teamwork, and decision-making
  • Fun competitions and modified games
  • Team-building activities and sportsmanship

Daily Schedule

Example outline:

  • 9:00am – 9:15am: Check-in and warm-up
  • 9:15am – 11:00am: Skill stations and drills
  • 11:00am – 11:15am: Snack break
  • 11:15am – 12:30pm: Small-sided games and shooting
  • 12:30pm – 1:00pm: Lunch break
  • 1:00pm – 2:30pm: Game play and competitions
  • 2:30pm – 3:00pm: Cool-down, review, and pack-up
Craft activity will be scheduled and tailored based on enrollments on the day.

Please note: Times are approximate and may be adjusted on the day to suit group needs and conditions.


What to Bring

  • Comfortable sports clothing and basketball shoes or runners
  • Refillable water bottle (labelled with your child’s name)
  • Morning tea and lunch (nut-free where possible)
  • Optional: Personal basketball (clearly labelled)

All players should arrive ready to play and prepared for an active day.
