The 2020 Major League Baseball® Jr. Home Run Derby (Jr.HRD). Major League Baseball® would like to thank Paterson Old Timers Youth Baseball League (POTYBL) for participating in this exciting initiative. This program provides boys and girls, ages 14 and under the opportunity to show off their talent from Paterson NJ all the way to LA Dodger Stadium during 2020 MLB® All-Star Week!

Boys and girls will compete together and advance through three levels of competition: Local, Regional and the Finals, which will be hosted during the MLB®All-StarWeek.

PITCH HIT & RUN is intended to encourage youth participation and showcase the top youth talent in baseball/softball. Since there is no registration fee for this program, every boy and girl, ages 7-14, will have a chance to compete. Participants will compete in three important aspects of baseball/softball: pitching, hitting & running.
The program includes three levels of competition, including the Finals during 2020 MLB® All-Star Week. The PITCH HIT & RUN program is administered by Major League Baseball’s Baseball & Softball Development Department.
