2025 Roller Workouts (Virtual)

 

Note: Only when paid online during the registration.

Description

The roller workouts provide a variety of pushes to enhance speed, cardio, and endurance for the beginner to the competitive racer. This is a Virtual program; Zoom links are provided once an athlete is registered.

GLASA’s wheelchair track coach and 2000 Wheelchair Track Paralympian, Amie Day is a Level 1 USATF coach and holds a United States Paralympic Track and Field certification.
