All-Star Game Rules:
- Run Thru on the Bases: Are not allowed, except at Home Plate.
- Sliding: Sliding and/or veering off are allowed.
- Bats: All league rules regarding bats are in place, except all Master players can use composite bats regardless of age for the All-Star games.
- Count: Batters will start each at-bat with a 1 and 1 count. Any foul ball hit after the batter has 2 strikes will result in an out.
- Fielders per Side: Teams will field 11 players per side as per league Rule 32, "The 11th defender may play anywhere in the field except the zone between the infield dirt and the outfield encroachment line".
- Runners from the Backstop: Courtesy runners from the backstop are allowed as needed. The courtesy runner must start from the center pole of the backstop and not start running until the batter hits the ball. All other courtesy runner rules still apply.
- Force Outs from the Outfield: Force outs from the outfield are allowed at all bases except 1st
- Outfield Encroachment Line: The 200' encroachment line will be used.
- Walks: All players will only be awarded 1st base for all walks.
- Pitching Screen: Any pitcher may choose to use a pitching screen. Any ball batted into the screen will be considered a foul ball.
