In consideration of the participant’s involvement in the Normangee High School Eligible Softball Tournament, I, on behalf of myself and the participant, release and hold harmless the tournament organizers, sponsors, staff, volunteers, affiliated schools, and facility owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant while participating in the tournament.
I also agree that we are responsible for all personal medical insurance coverage and understand that the tournament does not provide such coverage.
