Early Release Guidance

1) Once the early release time has been coordinated and disseminated by the athletic director, please log into the School Pass system (GPS student-athletes only) and submit an early release event for your athlete(s) with the dismissal time.
2) If your athlete will be carpooling with another family (GPS student-athletes), please also submit a carpool entry in School Pass so that the teachers and staff either assisting with their dismissal or managing the afternoon carline can maintain accountability and ensure athletes are released appropriately.

*These entries are accountability requirements; unfortunately, neither the coaches nor the athletic director can submit them on your behalf. If entries are not made, school procedure requires staff to contact a parent or guardian for verification, which could result in delays.
