Refund Policy

At Rampage Volleyball Centre, we strive to provide high-quality programming and fair policies for all participants. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering. 

General Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to rampagevbcentre@gmail.com

- A $20.00 processing fee will be applied to all approved refunds once a program has started

Program Start and Attendance
If a participant withdrawals after the program has begun:

- Refunds will be prorated based on sessions remaining.
- If more than three sessions have been attended, no monetary refund will be issued. A credit may be applied towards future programs at our discretion.

Team Rampage
- Due to the commitment required for a team placement and rostering, no refunds will be issued after April 1, 2026.

Missed Sessions
- No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflict, illness, or other absences.

Program Cancellations (By Rampage)
- If a session or program is cancelled by Rampage Volleyball Centre, a full refund or account credit will be provided for the affected session(s)

Credits
- Credit issued are nontransferable and must be used within 12 months of receipt.
