Roster limit of 15 players
Registration Team fee covers for every athlete on roster to receive the following:
- - - Opening Ceremony with live concert, including admission for one adult.
    - Torch Ceremony & Parade of Athletes (includes one adult admission).
    - Three days of competition
    - Medals, recognition, and athlete celebrations at every level
    - NIL and brand exposure opportunities for eligible athletes
    - Complimentary heart screening provided by Vegas for Athletes ($400 value).
    - Premium athlete swag bag for each participant, including a High-tech DNA Vibe Jazz Band, red light recovery therapy device.
    - Glow-in-the-dark experience at Cowabunga Bay Water Park Early registrants by 3/1/2026 receive two tickets to the Cowabunga Bay Closing Party.

Divisions: 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 16U
Players of all skill levels are welcome
Teams can represent a school or club
Proof of age and parental/guardian consent is required

Waiver Summary Text:

By registering a team, I confirm that:

• I am an authorized coach or team representative for the team listed
• I understand that parents or legal guardians are responsible for athlete registration, waivers, and required documents
• I understand that my team is not complete until all athletes are fully registered by their parent or guardian

• I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring all athletes:
– Are registered in the correct age division
– Meet all eligibility requirements for their division
– Provide accurate roster information
– Have verified proof of age that complies with event requirements

• I understand that I am responsible for verifying each athlete’s age prior to the tournament and must have copies of acceptable proof of age available onsite during the tournament in case verification is requested by event officials.

• I understand that teams or athletes placed in an incorrect age group or division may be moved, removed, or forfeited from competition.

• I agree to follow all event rules, policies, and codes of conduct as outlined by the VFA Summer Games.
