By registering a team, I confirm that:
• I am an authorized coach or team representative for the team listed • This registration is to hold a team spot only and does not include payment • I understand that parents or legal guardians are responsible for athlete registration, payment, waivers, and required documents • I understand that my team is not complete until all athletes are fully registered by their parent or guardian
• I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring all athletes: – Are registered in the correct age division – Meet all eligibility requirements for their division – Provide accurate roster information
• I understand that teams or athletes placed in an incorrect age group or division may be moved, removed, or forfeited from competition.
• I agree to follow all event rules, policies, and codes of conduct as outlined by the VFA Summer Games
