Description

WHO CAN COMPETE

  • Open to athletes ages 13U, 15U, 17U.
  • Athletes under age 12 may participate with approval.
  • Open to school-based, club-affiliated, and independent runners.
  • No qualifying times required, all skill levels welcome
  • Athletes may compete in up to 2 events total.


FORMAT

Events offered include:

  • 100m 
  • 200m
  • 400m

Events will be separated by age group and gender.

Timed heats; top times determine medal placements (no finals unless time allows).

Awards given for 1st–3rd place in each event, with additional recognition for most improved and sportsmanship.
