By registering a team, I confirm that:
• I am an authorized coach or team representative for the team listed • I understand that parents or legal guardians are responsible for athlete registration, waivers, and required documents • I understand that my team is not complete until all athletes are fully registered by their parent or guardian
• I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring all athletes: – Are registered in the correct age division – Meet all eligibility requirements for their division – Provide accurate roster information• I understand that I am responsible for verifying each athlete’s age prior to the tournament and must have copies of acceptable proof of age available onsite during the tournament in case verification is requested by event officials.
• I understand that teams or athletes placed in an incorrect age group or division may be moved, removed, or forfeited from competition.
• I agree to follow all event rules, policies, and codes of conduct as outlined by the VFA Summer Games
