GFC POST-SEASON CUP – TWO-DAY CAMP

Two high-energy days combining player development with a competitive tournament experience. Players must attend both days so teams and fixtures can run consistently across the Cup.

Waivers

Waiver Summary Text: GFC CAMP PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT, RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

I confirm that I am the player's parent or legal guardian, or that I am authorised to give this consent on their behalf.

 

I understand that football training, games and related camp activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. These can include falls, contact or collisions with other players, being struck by a ball, sprains, strains, fractures, heat illness and other injury. I voluntarily consent to the player participating in the GFC camp.

 

I confirm that all information I provide about the player's health, allergies, injuries, medications and additional support needs is accurate and complete. I will advise Garcia Football Coaching of any changes before the camp and will not send the player if they are unwell or medically unfit to participate.

 

I authorise Garcia Football Coaching staff to provide basic first aid and, if reasonably necessary, to seek ambulance assistance or emergency medical treatment when I cannot be contacted promptly. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me or the nominated emergency contact, and that I am responsible for medical or ambulance costs not otherwise covered.

 

I agree that the player will follow reasonable safety and behaviour instructions from GFC coaches and staff. I understand that GFC may pause or end a player's participation where reasonably necessary to protect that player or others.

 

Cancellations, changes and refunds

If Garcia Football Coaching cancels the camp or cannot provide the booked service, families will be offered an appropriate solution, which may include a transfer, credit or refund.

 

For a family-requested cancellation, please contact admin@garciafc.com.au as soon as possible. Cancellations received at least 7 days before the first booked camp day are eligible for a transfer or refund. Within 7 days, the booking is non-refundable; however, GFC may offer a transfer or credit where the place can be filled or genuine exceptional circumstances apply. No refund is provided for non-attendance or missed days after the camp has started.

 

If severe weather, unsafe conditions or circumstances outside GFC's reasonable control affect delivery, GFC will provide a reasonable solution for the affected service, such as rescheduling, a credit or a refund where appropriate.

 

Nothing in this acknowledgement or cancellation policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
