Hopefully all the RYBS families had a great off season!
We kick off the 2026 season with games beginging the week of April 26th.
The RYBS Annual Parade Date is Saturday May 9th. Players, Coaches and Parents will arrive at Susan B. Anthony School at 8:00 am to prepare for a 8:30 am departure with the City Officials, RFD, RPD and the North End's Roma Band. Special Guest will be Wally the Green Monster!
This year we will be bringing back the Pitch Hit and Run Competition on Saturday May 16th and Movie Night June 20th.
We will also be scheduling inter-league baseball games once again with Malden's Cal Ripken League and their Babe Ruth program.
Additional Barbecues and Fundraisers will be scheduled. The league needs donations to operate. We ask help from all of you by volunteering, finding sponsors or to sponsor a team. We also need Coaches for Tee-Ball and potentially one more coach for Majors Softball if we add a 5th team.
Concession Stand needs help from parents. Please contact Concession Commissioner Maria Macaluso to volunteer.
Please register your child to play. We will be ordering jerseys and hats and we want to make sure we have enough.
If you are having financial difficulties and cannot afford to register your child, reach out to me and/or Jason Smith and we will provide you with an application to be filled out to receive RYBS League Financial Assistance.
