NFL Flag Fall Season 2024

Youth Flag football ages 6 through 13, fall league Aug.-Oct Sprint league Mar-May. 2-year age groups teams 6v6 coed 10 and older will be boys and girls teams. Played with size-appropriate balls to maximize throwing. Practices and games weeknights, games on Thursdays played in Star and Middleton 50% home games.
