5:00 - 5:30  Interstellar Cheer: Stunting and Flying 101 month to month class. ages 4+

 

Work on balance, body coordination, body positioning and awareness, strength, and flexibility. It is never too early to begin thinking about college cheer scholarships!

6:30-7:15 Interstellar Cheer 101: Elementary Month to month class grades 1st , 2nd, 3rd, and 4th 

 

Get ready for middle school cheer, all-star cheer, or rec cheer. Learn the basics! 

No one should be unable to cheer! We will teach you everything you need to know about the world of Cheer. 

Learn motions, stunts, jumps, and more!

 7:15 - 8:00 Interstellar Cheer 101: Middle School

 

Month to month class grades 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th 

Get ready for middle school cheer, high school cheer, all-star cheer, or rec cheer - either way: Learn the basics! 

No one should be unable to cheer! We will teach you everything you need to know about the sport and how to do cheer motions, stunts, jumps, and more!

We want you confident at your next try-out. 

 

 

Work on honing specific flyer skills. Drills and stations will focus on body positions and placements, balance, and flexibility. Bases will work on building strength and how to do transitions and stunts properly.
