This class meets Tuesday/ Thursday from 10:30-11:30 in Star. NO CLASSES JULY 2/4 Due to HOMETOWN CELEBRATION This class is led by Larry Bearg and/or other Tai Chi Masters-Traditional. $40 residents and $50 for non-residents with 6 participants minimum. Often referred to meditation in motion, there are many great benefits to this functional fitness activity. Whether you are new to tai chi or its been a longtime practice our Grandmaster Larry Bearg can help you to reach your wellness goals.

NO CLASSES JULY 2/4 Due to HOMETOWN CELEBRATION

Tai Chi helps reduce stress/anxiety, helps improve flexibility/balance. We are fortunate to have Grandmaster Larry Bearg as our instructor. Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan) is an ancient Chinese martial art that has evolved and is practiced as a grateful form of exercise. Sometimes Tai Chi is referred to "moving meditation" as it involves a series of movements performed in a slow/focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. All payments need to be made no later than the 5th of every month to continue to attend the class. Payments can be made online/over the phone 208-286-7247 ext. 4001 or by check dropped into the brown lock box at the Star River house. Any questions/concerns  email kingraham@staridaho.org.
