5:30 - 6:30 Interstellar Cheer: Stunting and Flying 101 month to month class. This class is focused on strength and conditioning, flexibility and body positions. Stunting 101 is about learning proper stunting techniques by all parts, back spots, bases and flyers. ages 4+
6:30-7:15 Interstellar Cheer 101: Elementary Month to month class grades 1st , 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
