Description

This program helps players to improve their technical skills and speed of play.

Trainings are at the Lafayette Sports Center;

Players can register to train on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
This is to help players that have a schedule conflict with other trainings/activities.

Players can bundle with 30 minutes of Speed and Agility training, only available on Thursdays.

Games are at the Northend Community Center on Sundays afternoons-evenings.
