WATER BOTTLE    To help reduce the waste created by use of disposable water bottles, we ask rowers to arrive with two reusable full water bottles daily.

SWIM TEST    All participants are required to have a swim test completed prior to the start of the session (no exceptions). The completed swim test certificate must be turned in on the first day of the session. Rowers will not be able to go on the water without one.  The swim test certification requirements and form can be downloaded from the Prince Willian Crew (PWC) Forms page.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM    All participants are required to submit a current (within the past 12 months) VHSL Jan 2021 or equivalent Sports Physical Examination.  The requirements and form can be downloaded from the PWC Forms page.

SESSION CAP   A session may close before the scheduled closure day due to the cap for that session being reached.  If this occurs, the registrant will be placed on a wait-list.  Should a slot open, the registrant will be contacted before the entry is moved from the wait-list to an active status.

WAIT-LISTING    Wait-lists will go into effect once the rower cap has been reached for that session. This may occur before the close date for the session. Register early to better ensure a seat in a boat. Check the invoice. If it says wait-listed, the debit or credit card HAS NOT been charged. The charge will not occur until after the rower has been moved from the wait-list. An email message will be sent before moving the rower from wait-listed to active status.

SESSION CANCELLATION    A session will be cancelled if an insufficient number of rowers registered by the Friday before the session starts. In case of cancellation, the registrant will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available session.
