High School
Summer Track Programs
We offer beginner and advanced programs for High School athletes, where High School athletes train exclusively with other High School athletes from the DMV area. Our programs are appropriate for athletes of all levels, from beginner to advanced. We will break out into groups based on event type and ability.
For the Summer Season, we will be offering the following programs. There are no meets for the Summer Youth and High School Programs.
Programs:
High School Track: Strength and Conditioning - Designed for high school athletes who want to elevate their performance. This program is for High School track athletes competing in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and 800m events. With a strong emphasis on speed, strength, and mechanics, athletes will train with purpose using band-resisted drills, progressive plyometrics, and appropriate strength exercises. The program also includes technical development to improve running efficiency, as well as guidance on nutrition to support training and recovery. This is a training program and there are no meets.
High School NVA Next Level Speed Training: Speed program for High School athletes who are ready to push their speed, agility, and explosiveness to the next level. This program is led by Coach Greene, USATF Olympic certified coach, and is perfect for athletes looking to get faster for track or other sports. This program meets twice a week. This is a training program and there are no meets.
High School Small Group: Focused, high-intensity training designed for high school athletes who want to elevate their speed, agility, and explosiveness. Led by USATF Olympic-certified Coach Greene, this program features small-group sessions with six or fewer athletes, allowing for personalized coaching and maximum development. Perfect for athletes preparing for track or looking to gain a competitive edge in any sport. This program meets twice a week.
High School Summer Season Program Details
HS Track: Strength & Conditioning Program

Practice Days/Times: Tues 7 - 8:15pm and Thursday 7:30 - 8:45pm

High School NVA Next Level Speed Training (Rising Grades 9-12)
Speed program for High School athletes who are ready to push their speed, agility, and explosiveness to the next level. Practice Days/Times (Choose 2 days each week):
Monday: 4 – 5pm
Tuesday: 10 – 11am or 6 – 7pm
Thursday: 10 – 11am or 4 – 5pm

Advanced/Elite
For the youth and High School athletes that is competing on a higher level and requires a strong commitment to track. This team is by invitation only. The Coaches will continue to evaluate athletes throughout the season for the team and new athletes performing at a higher level will be given the opportunity to train with the Elite team. The Elite team has the opportunity to participate in local, regional and National meets. Any questions about the Elite team should be directed to Coach Greene at Nvatrack@gmail.com.
