The Fast Track program is designed for athletes with prior experience in acrobatic sports (such as gymnastics, trampoline, or parkour) who are new to springboard diving. This introductory program accelerates their transition into the sport by focusing on essential diving-specific movements, terminology, safety, and practice structure. Training includes both dryland and in-water instruction.
Athletes will participate in:
Two 1-hour semi-private lessons covering foundational dryland and pool skills. Two lessons at The Flip Lab for Dryland Training introduction.
One full Norco program practice session to experience a typical group training environment. Held at EPIC with a determined program.
Upon completion of the Fast Track program, athletes will be ready to join one of our ongoing training groups: Varsity, Challenge, or TRAIN.
