Learn to Dive is Norco Diving's introductory program for kids who are brand new to the sport. It is built around the core progressions and fundamentals of springboard diving, so kids get a safe, encouraging place to start learning skills on the 1 meter and 3 meter boards. Teen is for kids in 6th through 8th grade, grouped so they train alongside peers their own age. No prior diving experience is needed. Divers should be comfortable swimmers who can manage a length of the pool and the deep end.
Homeschool Program

Homeschool Diving gives homeschool families a daytime program built around confidence, coordination, and the joy of movement. Meeting midday while most classrooms are full, athletes learn springboard diving in a safe, welcoming environment, building courage and body control one skill at a time. No experience needed. It's a natural fit for physical education, a fun way to try something new, and a chance for homeschoolers to move, learn, and connect with others who share their schedule. Youth (ages 5–10) and Teen (ages 11–15) groups meet Wednesdays and Fridays.

Competitive
Norco TRAIN is designed for divers in 6th-12th grades with diving experience who wish to dedicate more time to competitive training. These athletes aspire to compete in national competitions with USA Diving and rank highly among Colorado High School state competitors. Norco TRAIN is also designed for those interested in competing collegiately (NCAA). Our coaches work with these athletes outside the pool to enhance their college recruiting visibility by leveraging their experience and nationwide relationships.
