Register. Visit your school’s athletics website and follow the registration prompts.
Pay fee. Online (https://psdschools.schoolpay.com) or at your school’s fee window. Keep proof of payment/receipt.
Get your Orange Card. See your athletic secretary in the front office. Give them your proof of payment and current sports physical. They will give you your Orange Card.
Bring Orange Card to Coach Luke on the first day of practice, Monday, February 23rd, 2026. You CANNOT begin practice until you turn in your Orange Card.
The following Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement is a legally binding document that outlines important information regarding participation in Norco Diving, The Flip Lab, Poudre School District, CrossFit DNR. NCI Sports programs and activities. This agreement includes acknowledgment and assumption of inherent risks, release of liability, medical authorization in the event of an emergency, media release, indemnification provisions, and legal representations under Colorado law.
Participation in diving, trampoline, dryland training, and related athletic activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury or death, even when conducted under professional supervision. By reviewing and agreeing to this waiver, you acknowledge and accept these risks and grant permission for participation under the terms described.
