HOMESCHOOL FLIP2x per Week, 1 hr eachTuesdays & Thursdays at The Flip Lab (trampolines, spring floor, and dryland boards)
Time: 1:30 to 2:30 PM
Tuition: $150/mo
Program Description:
Homeschool Flip is a daytime program built for homeschool families. It meets in the middle of the day, while most kids are sitting in a classroom, and gives homeschoolers a place to move, build confidence, and learn how to flip through trampoline and tumbling. You don't need any experience to start. Every kid begins wherever they are and builds from there.
The program was designed around the way homeschool families actually live. A lot of homeschoolers are looking for active, social things to round out the week, and this fits that really well. It counts toward physical education, it builds the kind of confidence that carries into other parts of life, and it gives kids a fun outlet for all the energy that's tough to burn off at a kitchen table.
Kids train on the trampolines, the spring floor, and dryland boards, learning new skills in a safe and controlled way. Our trampolines use overhead spotting belts, so coaches can guide a new flip through the air before a kid ever tries it on their own. We keep class sizes small so coaches stay close and give real attention on every attempt. The room stays welcoming and low pressure. Kids get genuinely good at this, but trying something for the first time never feels intimidating.
Homeschool Flip is offered by Norco Diving and The Flip Lab. We're not focused on ranks or competition here. The point is the fun of moving, getting a little better each week, and giving homeschoolers a safe place to be around other families who keep the same hours they do.
Program Structure:
Each class runs one hour and follows a simple, consistent routine.
Warmup. Movement prep, stretching, and games that get the body ready to work safely.
Trampoline. Skill building on the trampolines, where coaches use overhead spotting belts to teach new jumps and flips safely before a kid does them solo.
Tumbling and spring floor. Rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and the building blocks that lead toward flips, worked on the spring floor and dryland boards.
Cooldown. A calm finish and a quick recap of what each kid worked on that day.
Kids move through the fundamentals at a comfortable pace, and coaches add new skills as each one is ready.
