Homeschool FREE TRIAL WEEK

Sport Homeschool FREE TRIAL WEEK
Limited Availability. Hurry up.
All registration options are closed
Summary
Free Trial Week lets homeschool families try the program before they register. The trial runs on the Homeschool DIVE schedule because DIVE uses both of our locations. Kids get one day in the water at EPIC and one day on dryland at The Flip Lab, which shows families both halves of the program in the same week. Kids who take to the dryland side but would rather stay out of the pool can register for Homeschool FLIP instead, which meets at The Flip Lab and never goes to the water. No experience needed, and swimming is not required to attend the dryland day. Ages 5 to 15. One free trial per participant.

Description

FREE TRIAL WEEK: HOMESCHOOL DIVE & FLIP
First week of September
Youth (ages 5 to 10) and Teen (ages 11 to 15)
Cost: Free

Trial Schedule
Wednesday, September 2, in-water at EPIC, 1:15 to 2:15 PM. Youth and Teen train together.
Friday, September 4, dryland at The Flip Lab. Youth 1:30 to 2:30 PM, Teen 2:30 to 3:30 PM.

Why the trial runs on the DIVE schedule

Homeschool DIVE is the only one of our two homeschool programs that meets at both locations, so it is the version that shows a family everything. Wednesday is the pool at EPIC, where kids work on the springboard. Friday is The Flip Lab, where kids work on trampolines and dryland boards. Two days, two buildings, two very different kinds of training. By the end of the week a family knows what our coaches are like, what each room feels like, and which parts their kid actually wants to keep doing.

That last part is the point of running the trial this way. Some kids come in curious about diving and leave hooked on the water. Others find out that what they really love is the flipping, and the pool is not for them. Both are useful answers. If your kid lands on the second one, register for Homeschool FLIP at official registration instead of DIVE. FLIP meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at The Flip Lab, Youth 1:30 to 2:30 PM and Teen 2:30 to 3:30 PM, and it stays on dryland the whole season.

If your kid is not a strong swimmer

Come Friday only. The dryland day at The Flip Lab has no water and no swimming requirement, and it is a full look at what Homeschool FLIP does every week. Skip Wednesday and register for FLIP afterward if it's a fit.

What to Bring

  • Wednesday at EPIC: swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle.
  • Friday at The Flip Lab: athletic clothes that move, bare feet or grip socks, and a water bottle.

What to Expect

  • Coaches work with kids at whatever level they walk in at. Beginners are the norm here, not the exception.
  • Class sizes stay small so coaches can stay close and watch every attempt.
  • Nobody is asked to do anything they aren't ready for. Kids move up when they're ready to move up.
  • Come ready to listen and try. A good attitude is all we ask.

Registration Notes

  • One free trial per participant.
  • Trial week is the first week of September. If that week doesn't work for your family, contact us ahead of time and we can arrange a drop-in at a regularly scheduled class.
  • Register for the trial through the link on this page. Spots are limited by class size.
