For beginner, intermediate, advance level players seeking to have fun and sharpen their basketball games

For Females & Males ages 7 - 14

Focus on basic core functions of the game: shooting, dribbling, passing, cross-fitness training, and fun games

STRUCTURE OF AFTERSCHOOL CLINICS

The program is for 60 minutes.

  • 10 Minutes-Stretching/ Warm Up
  • 50 Minutes-Shooting, Dribbling,  Passing, Cross Fitness Training, Fun Games
