Description

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, our class offers comprehensive training in the basics of karate. This class is for ages 7-11.

What We Offer:

  • Fundamental Techniques: Learn the essential stances, strikes, kicks, and blocks that form the foundation of karate.
  • Discipline and Respect: Our training emphasizes the importance of discipline, respect, and the traditional values of martial arts.
  • Fitness and Flexibility: Improve your physical fitness, flexibility, and overall health through structured exercises and routines.
  • Self-Defense Skills: Gain practical self-defense techniques that enhance your confidence and personal safety.
  • Fun and Engaging Environment: Enjoy a positive and encouraging atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from at 5:30pm and Saturday at 10:00am. You may choose any two sessions during the week to attend.

Your membership to our youth karate program begins on the day you make your first payment. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same day each the following month. 
If you decide to cancel your membership, simply let us know before your next billing date, and we will process the cancellation promptly. There is no required notice, but providing notice a few days in advance ensures unintended charges.
