1. Roll Call

2. Approval of November 19th  Meeting Minutes (minutes are on google drive)

 Steven Schultz motioned, Greg Nichols 2nd all approved

3. Reports

President - Dave Henriott –  Registration is completed on Sportsplus and will go live February 1st. 

Treasurer-  Cassi Martino -  $32,266.27 in account as of today. $463.00 yet to clear

V.P – Mike Garbe  –  Nothing

Secretary –   Jenni Schultz - Nothing

Administration - Greg Nichols  – Nothing

League –   Steven Schultz - FIrst day of practice is 8/3. Weigh in will be the week of 8/10. Games will start 8/22, 2 games before Labor Day with Labor Day weekend off and the last game being on 10/10. We will continue if we can’t get all WIAA officials that we must have at least 2 WIAA certified officials and the rest can be high school students that are enrolled in the course. They do ask that we notify the other team if we have any high schoolers officiating. If an emergency happens that you are short officials nothing in our bylaws say a board member can’t officiate, just make sure the opposing team is aware. They are going from 8 minute quarters to 10 minutes and halftime will only be 5 minutes. Spring 7 on 7 will be the 4 Saturdays in April. We reported that we have 3 teams and that we are willing to host. Jenni has everything set up with Kyle at the high school.

4. Old Business 

a. New Uniforms - Pricing for 100 uniforms through Healy as of today will be $15,523 with tax and shipping. This would be for the outlaw uniform that the board approved last month.

b. Camps – Fri. May 1st -5-7 – Sat. May 2nd – 9-11 – Cheer Camp ? - Mark Kibler has confirmed that the field is reserved. 

c. Elections = Treasurer, Cheer, Concessions, At-Large

Jenni Schultz has resigned as secretary of the Delavan Youth Football and Cheer Program leaving 1 year on her term to be fulfilled.

Secretary - Jenni Schultz nominated Stacey Kibler, Stacey accepted.

Treasurer - Cassi Martino

Cheer - Jenni Schultz

Concessions/Fundraiser - Brenda Warrenburg

At-Large - Tommy CdeBaca

All in favor of these nomination, Approved

5. New Business 

a. Budget – I will send out last years and put your thoughts together for next month. Dave will be emailing it out to the board. He would like everyone to look over it and bring any changes to the next meeting. Look at what we would need to add for Cheer Competitions? Will need to order closer to 20 helmets this year?

b. Fundraising – Comet Cards, Sponsors – New thoughts? Dave sent out Thank You letters to all our sponsors after Christmas. Look into setting up tables at local businesses to sell Comet Cards. Check into different fundraiser ideas

C. Registrations – Will add camps – 7 on 7 - Dave will add separate registrations for the camps and 7 on 7 onto sportsplus.
